Preparation process


Mechanical ball milling method: suitable for the production of flake silver powder, which achieves material crushing and refinement through external mechanical force.

Chemical reduction method: Directly reducing silver salts to prepare flake silver powder can effectively control reaction conditions and obtain uniformly structured flake silver powder.

Liquid phase reduction method: Based on the principle of oxidation-reduction reaction, suitable for industrial production, the silver paste produced has excellent screen printing characteristics.

Evaporative condensation method: Spherical silver powder is prepared by heating silver blocks to vaporize and then condensing them. The production cycle is short, and the silver powder has good sphericity and high crystallinity.

Silver salt decomposition method: Disperse thermally decomposable silver salt into aerosols, decompose and sinter them under heating conditions to obtain dense spherical silver powder.
