Single component thermoplastic conductive adhesiveThe main components are thermoplastic adhesive, conductive carbon powder, and solvent, which are bonded by heating. This product has low viscosity, smooth dispensing, and does not flow after dispensing. It has shape retention (after dispensing, the adhesive points do not collapse, deform, or diffuse) and good conductivity after curing. It has excellent adhesion to materials such as metal, glass, and ceramics. Mainly used for LCM bonding.

Preparation method of test piece: Prepare a test strip with a width of 1cm, a thickness of 25um, and a length of 5cm. After curing at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes, test the volume resistance.

Direction for use usage guide

Please wipe off the moisture, oil, rust and other dirt on the surface of the parts that need to be bonded, and then apply glue. Surface dirt will greatly reduce the bonding strength.

Use an automatic glue dispenser to apply glue.

Storage conditions

This product belongs to thermosetting resin, with a high density of carbon powder that is prone to sinking, resulting in uneven performance. Therefore, low-temperature storage is beneficial for extending the shelf life. It is recommended to store it frozen, with the optimal storage temperature being -10 ℃ to 5 ℃ and a shelf life of 6 months. Before opening, the lid must be allowed to warm up at room temperature for 2-4 hours. After opening, keep the opening clean and sealed, and use it as soon as possible.

When using, it is necessary to wear protective equipment such as masks, gloves, eye masks, etc., and use them in places with good ventilation or exhaust systems.

If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes or skin, please rinse with water and seek medical treatment.
