1、 Adhesive type

Double sided tape can be divided into two types in terms of its existence: one without substrate and the other with substrate. The application objects of different adhesive systems are also different. 2、 Paper products

Generally, paper is divided into two sides, one rough and the other fine. The rough side has strong adhesion, while the fine side has weak adhesion. Generally, the weak adhesion side is allowed to contact the adhesive, which can effectively control the adhesive. Release paper is divided into coated paper and non coated paper based on whether it is coated or not. Coated paper is divided into single plastic paper and double plastic paper. Non coated paper is divided into: Gracin release paper CCK。 There are also many types of paper: G120, G540, 80G single-sided Gracin, Meiwen paper (a type of sticky soft paper), A550，A770， 74 grams of blue Gracin and other types of paper also have different auxiliary uses, which need to be determined according to the design of the product process.

2. Coated paper (PEK): Kraft paper with PE film, competitively priced, combining the characteristics of Gracin paper and CCK paper. It is flat, not easily deformed, has good toughness, is resistant to punching and cutting, and can withstand high-strength mechanical pressure. It is an ideal industrial paper. Coated paper is suitable for advertising materials, stickers, electronic die-cutting, etc.

The release paper on the original double-sided tape is mostly double-sided release paper, and the release paper used as auxiliary materials is mostly single-sided release paper. Like release film, release paper also has a weight difference. Generally, the release force is confirmed by material certification materials, or by testing the weight based on experience before selection. Some factories produce products such as "80G Gracin", and the 80G in its product name may not necessarily be its release force, but may be the specification of the paper. Pay attention to identifying and mastering. There is also a type of release paper that, in addition to being coated with release agents, has a coated surface. This type of release paper is mostly used for bonding with protective films and has a low density. The material is loose and not as stiff as Gracin paper. When used as an auxiliary material for punching and cutting, the edges are prone to burrs, which is not conducive to waste disposal. The protective film is usually half broken, and the knife marks should not be too deep.

3、 Wire mesh type
