PET mesh protective filmIt is formed by using polyester film as the substrate, applying acrylic ester adhesive on one side of the raw material through a coating machine, and then winding it up. There are neatly arranged mesh patterns on the surface of PET mesh protective film, and the thickness of the protective film varies from 30um to 130um. Viscosity is divided into ultra-low viscosity, low viscosity, medium viscosity, medium high viscosity, and high viscosity. The thickness and viscosity of the PET mesh protective film are selected according to the different bonding materials.

3. The circular structure can disperse pressure and reduce the probability of impurities and crystal dots directly causing damage.

The use of PET mesh protective film: OCA、 Used in die-cutting processes such as foam, graphite heat sinks, diffusion sheets, etc.
During the production process of PET mesh protective film, it is necessary to keep the production workshop clean and tidy. Production needs to be carried out in a dust-free workshop, and workers must wear dust-free clothing according to strict requirements to ensure the cleanliness and quality reliability of the protective film during the production process.
1. The surface layer of polyester film prepared by corona discharge;
2. Apply adhesive onto the corona surface of polyester film using a coating machine, and then feed the coated polyester film into an electric oven;
3. Immediately fold the PET film in the electric oven into a mother roll;
4. Number the rolled mother coil and send it to the curing chamber for solidification;
5. The cured mother roll is sent to a multi axis laminating machine according to the first in first out method standard for double-layer lamination. During lamination, the polyester film is first laid on the mother roll without bubbles, and then another polyester film is attached to the bubble free polyester film and repeatedly bonded.
1. Check if the surface of the test board is smooth and clean. If frequent use causes scratches, the board surface must be replaced.
Wipe the surface of the test board with cotton paper dipped in alcohol, wait for it to dry, and then wipe it 3-5 times. Take another cotton paper and dry it dry.
2. Peel off the outer three layers of the protective film and discard them. Cut a 25mm wide and approximately 400mm long protective film along the direction of adhesive coating as a test piece.
3. Align one end of the test piece with the test plate, stick the adhesive surface downwards to the center of the clean test plate, and then use a roller to apply pressure back and forth at a speed of about 300mm/min to tightly bond the test plate and the test piece, avoiding the presence of bubbles.
4. After sticking and pressing, let the test plate and the test piece stand for 20 minutes. Then, fold the remaining part of the protective film 180 ° and peel off 10mm. Fix the test plate on the peeling force testing machine base and clamp the remaining part of the test piece with the upper fixture.
5. Stretch the test piece at a speed of 300 ± 30mm/min, peel off approximately every 50mm, read the values at intervals, and record a total of 3 times (set on the controller)
Before each test, the cleaning process of program 4.2 must be repeated.
1. The optimal storage temperature is between 22-28 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50% -70%;
2. Avoid direct sunlight and storage under high temperature (above 40 ℃) and high humidity (above 70% RH) conditions;
3. It is recommended that users use the product within six months from the date of production (with a shelf life of six months);
4. Ensure that the surface of the object being adhered to is dry, clean, and free of any oil stains before applying this product.
